The thumpN Dock connector lets event organisers manage their thumpN events from Claude: create events, set up shows, tickets and add-ons, customise checkout, and track ticket sales, all in plain language.

Requirements

• An active thumpN Dock organiser account.
• Edit permissions on your organisation to create or change events. View-only members can see events and sales data.

Setup

1. In Claude, go to Settings > Connectors, find thumpN Dock, and click Connect.
2. Sign in with your Dock account and approve access.
3. Start asking, for example: “Show my upcoming events and how ticket sales are going.”

What you can do

• Events: create and edit events, including title, venue, city, genre, artist lineup, highlights and page content.
• Preview: generate private preview links to check an event page before it goes live.
• Shows and tickets: add dates and showtimes, and create ticket types with prices and capacity.
• Add-ons: attach extras like parking, merch or F&B to tickets.
• Checkout: add the questions buyers answer at checkout, and configure redirects.
• Analytics: ask about ticket sales and revenue for your events.
